Alexis and I reunited!

Hey y’all, merry Xmas and happy new year. I am currently on my last vacation day of the longest break I’ve had since college.

As such I’ve spent my day riding all over Philadelphia and ended back in my neighborhood for a snack and beer at my most favorite bar, the Memphis Taproom.

Not only is the bartender a wonderful and helpful dude he knows a ton about beer and can suggest just the right brew to pair with yr meal.

Right now I’m sipping a cask ale (something I rarely do!) called Ruddles County Ale. It has the unique cask body that is reminiscent of a Guinness, to give some prespective. It has a clean taste however and personally reminds me of a champagne flavor. Just what I need after 10 miles!
